La Paletta was launched in February 2002, under the guidance and supervision of award winning pastry chef, Rolf Linne. Although no longer with the company, Rolf’s talents for creating the most delicate, delicious, diet breaking delights have been passed down to the staff, who continue to impress and entice an addicted following, while also producing all the desserts for Artigiano, next door.

Here also, the various breads for each of Etrusca’s restaurants are produced daily, ensuring the benefits and pleasures of such well produced foods are shared throughout the group.
