Caravaggio was a fabulous venue for a group of four intent on talk and food. We all ate calamari, roast pork and cheese being few of the delights. The service, all male, was excellent and humoured us. The Averna at the end of the meal rounded off a great feast. The value is obvious and I would recommend fully.

Had not been here for some years and it has improved. It is now a very pleasant dining experience, with good classic Italian dishes and a lengthy wine list. The value is enhanced by the TopTable offer on the food.

Caravaggio at lunch time was particularly welcoming and I cannot fault the service at all. The waiting staff were friendly, polite and not at all intrusive. I chose the lunch time two course special menu. The soup was tasty. My guest enjoyed her meal immensely and both of us said we would go back again.

I have heard good things about Caravaggio over the years but had never been. A friend and I took advantage of the Top Table offer which represents very good value. Both the starter and the main were very tasty, full of flavour and ideal portion sizes. The staff were very friendly and attentive, an asset to the venue. Overall a very enjoyable dinner.

I chose Caravaggio for a high quality but relaxing place to eat in the City of London, early evening and I was not disappointed.

Caravaggio, London EC3 - good lunch venue - superb grilled calves liver. It was my first visit and it lived up to its reviews - buzzy atmosphere and no pressure to rush your meal.

Excellent service and ambience as ever. Very helpful with choice of wine, and even offered multiple tasting prior to arrival of guests. Will certainly continue to use this as my primary Italian entertaining venue in London.

Caravaggio - reliably good

Staff were lovely. Didn't have anything I liked on the menu so they cooked to order which was fantastic. Also despite being 1/2 an hour late and the last in the restaurant they did not rush us in anyway. Lovely lunch.
